Explanation of why you are writing

 

Description of your qualifications

 

Explanation of why you should be hired or what sets you apart from other candidates

 

Be pro-active. Ask for an interview or tell them you will be calling to set up a time for an interview.

 

Closing paragraph should thank potential employer for her/his time and consideration.
